1) Circadian promoter motifs

There are now a large number of cis-elements that have been experimentally determined that regulate circadian rhythms of transcription of mammalian genes. This list will be updated as new motifs are identified.

2) Identifying motifs in the human genome on galaxy

This workflow will identify all of the sites in the genome (or any fasta file) that match the motif imputed and save the co-ordinates of motifs in .bed format.

To run this workflow in galaxy you will need to download the most recent version of the genome in fasta format. The current version (GRCh38) can be found here:
